The company sought a comprehensive rebrand to communicate its mission better and help customers “Give a Fit.” This rebranding included developing a new logo, a creative marketing retainer for all creative assets, animation, and digital effects, enhanced social media presence, targeted campaigns and strategies for new customer acquisition, consistent brand messaging through copywriting, and dynamic photography and videography to showcase their enticing meals.
Chapter 2 : The Exploration
At its core, MyFitFoods embodies the Everyman archetype, promoting the belief that everyone has an equal place on the journey towards a fit lifestyle, regardless of status, age, ethnicity, or creed. This foundational belief drives the brand’s approach to making health and wellness universally appealing and accessible.

The rebranding initiative introduced "My Fit Lifestyle" messaging, which necessitated a new, approachable, and engaging logo and a fresh color palette appealing to individuals seeking genuine food for real results. The campaign was encapsulated with the hashtag #GIVEAFIT, emphasizing a commitment to sustainable, personalized health transformations.
Chapter 4 : The Results
MyFitFoods requested the whole TTEC magic show (aka complete lineup of services) and ‘Abracadabra!’–we helped MyFitFoods rediscover who they were and where they wanted to go. The revitalized mission, vision, and branding now empower customers to confidently #GIVEAFIT, resonating with their desires for authentic, impactful, and healthful lifestyle changes.
