A logo and branding marketing collective focused on building brands with heart and intention and working with high-level brands such as Elle McPherson, Addison Rae, WOW Skincare Science, Flora + Bast, MyFitFoods, Bob’s Containers, Casata, and other eCommerce and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities & Metrics:
Run and operate a full-service creative marketing collective, logo, branding, and design for all high-level clients and brands. Brand direction, copy, and management for all brands.

NOVAEO
Marketing Director
NOVAEO is a manufacturer and distributor, owning brands and products in the consumer goods industry - natural personal care products, bulk health/wellness products, supplements, teas, and more. They focus on ecommerce and national and international marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.
Responsibilities & Metrics:
Direction for $16M direct-to-consumer dotcom and ecommerce brands on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Target. Implemented brand strategy, sales funnels, campaigns, and communications across diverse media, product categories, and channels, including ecommerce, digital advertising, social media, influencers marketing, and other emerging channels. Lead and developed a staff of 46 across a diverse, global team.
+ Drove 24% revenue growth and 36% traffic growth to brand dotcoms
+ Developed & maintained effective & scalable brand guidelines and roadmap for new and existing brands
+ Managed strategic site redesigns to improve SEO, brand messaging, engage new users, and improve conversion. Managed full project lifecycle: strategy, design, development, testing, and implementation. Resulted in 19% increase in AOV, 11% increase in visit duration, and 22% decrease in bounce rate.
+ Coordinated affiliate, referral, and social media programs to spur growth and attract new users to the brand. Improved user engagement on social by 42%, increased referral traffic by 56% and increased new visitor traffic by 13%.

Agency FIFTY3 is a full-service agency based in Denver, Colorado specializing in the multifamily housing and real estate industry. Made of a group of creatives, analysts, strategists, artists, and data scientists that manage digital marketing campaigns to full websites and branding.

Stella & Dot is a social retail (multi-level marketing and direct selling) platform that gives women the tools to run their own businesses from anywhere, anytime. The Stella & Dot Family Brands includes three companies that span in clean beauty, elevated fashion, and one of a kind jewelry.
Responsibilities & Metrics:
Defining and executing Stella & Dot’s three brands’ marketing and social media strategies. Managed the development, implementation, and moderation of all online forums/platforms, with the goal of developing a brand identity and gaining awareness and recognition in the market, and inspiring consumers to become brand specialists.
+ Monitored and measured social media presence and sales with a 43% increase in net sales (from $404,569 in 2015 to $714,951 in 2018) and a 31% increase in net followers.
+ Helped establish social media SLA’s, auditing, and reporting processes
+ Lead ideation, creation and execution of brand email series, brand campaigns, and blog content
+ Key point of contact with PR agency and editorial outlets, to develop strategies to promote the brands and grow awareness
